Polytype diagrams with multi-coloured, bright geometric tile designs as coinjoining 'nodes' with Devanagari numerals printed beneath each node. The interconnecting edges of the diagram are dotted lines; in some cases, the nodes are connected using solid lines. The tiles are set out and connected to bear out different combinations of colours and designs in a systematic way, joined by dotted and solid lines.

Dr Joanna Tidy has shared a new resource designed to support museums and communities in understanding responsible use of AI in decolonial practice. This toolkit was developed as part of Dr Tidy’s AHRC/BRAID funded scoping project, Museum Visitor Experience and the Responsible Use of AI to Communicate Colonial Collections.

You can find out more about the project on the Museums Association website.

and download a copy of the report here.

We’re also pleased to see that two of the images in the toolkit, designed by Richard Carter, have also been added to the Better Images of AI collection.
